Problem	Hand piece not working.
Solution	Make sure the Ocutine is ON and the unit is in VIT or CUT mode. Check that the BLUE line from the hand piece is connected to the Ocutine. These VIT hand pieces are sold as a SINGLE USE ITEM not to be reused.
NOTE: Never put fluid down the BLUE line. This will blow the balder out and the hand piece will not function.
